During the off season, hit the mountains on a bike or on foot instead of skis. Play some golf, go hot air ballooning or try your hand at fresh water fishing. Delight in the beauty of the densely green and gloriously rugged terrain of this Rocky Mountain area. There are loads of art, crafts jewelry and antique shops in which to browse and buy treasures. You must at least peruse the designer ski clothing shops to see who is buying what. In January, do some star staring in Park City during the Sundance Film Festival, but don’t plot on getting into any of the movie showings.
